Mala Yousfazai attack by Taliban


PESHAWAR: Fourteen-year peace award winner and a school going girl in war effected area of Malakan Agency, Malalai Yousafzai allegedly shot-fired by Taliban when her school was fired in Mangora area of Sawat on Tuesday.
Mala Yousafzai who got popularity by writing daily Dairy to BBC/Urudu services with the pen name of “Gul Mukai” from Sawat in the time when the area was in full control of Taliban. Gul Mukai write her daily dairy in which she tried to present the prevailing situations and difficulties for her and her friends while going to schools, she was also given Peace Award by an international organization.
Mala Yousafzai received bullets in her neck and was rushed to the hospital in critical situation. Prime Minister Raja Prviz Ashraf sent a Helicopter to shift her form Mangora to the Metropolis Islamabad but her father preferred Peshawar for her further medical treatment. She is now in Intensive Care Unit in CMH Peshawar.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Tahreek Taliban spokesperson taken responsibility for this attack and said Mala was attacked as her expression was against them
